Parking is at Tescos on Cowley Road or free street parking...there is nothing available in the church whatsoever under any circumstances. This is residential parking and they love to clamp people xxx

Please arrive at 5pm arrival for a 5.30pm start and we finish at 8pm. If you need to leave after the rave because the kids need to get to bed, that's totally fine.

You will need a yoga mat, blanket and warm clothes for the breath journey and sound journey. Also a flask of hot tea / water bottle. 

Kids welcome. 

Accessible entrance and loo for wheel chair users.

Free tickets for carers attending with a ticket holder in need of support.
