This ceremony is dedicated to the second of the ten bodies. It is a beautiful practice that includes both physical asana and deep meditation. We start with the fabulous 'Kriya for the Negative Mind'. This is a slightly more gentle practice including some beautiful asanas to release stress and negativity. We then move on to perform three different meditations. The first is called 'Shabd Meditation' followed by 'Healing Meditation for acute depression', finally we perform 'Meditation for the negative mind' We conclude with a sacred sound healing with the flower of life gong.
