This fabulous Ceremony includes two beautiful kriyas that both work to strengthen the Aura. We start the ceremony with the 'The seventh body Kriya' that has a good mix of physical asana and meditation. We end this session with a western mantra that is a positive affirmation that assists in expanding the Auric field. We then move into the 'Kriya for balancing the Aura' which is strengthens the electromagnetic field keeping you strong, healthy and protected from negative energy. As always we conclude with the flower of life gong too seal the magic into your cells.
